We can organise a tailormade class for your group<\/span> whether you have a company or a groupf of friends.<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

You can ask us for a quote for a private class for your best friends, for work friends, as part of an event or designed to add to the wellbeing for your employees. The class will be designed to suit your group in the style you wish for. We also happily advice what might work for your event if you would like us to. If you already have a space you prefer to use, we can come to you.\n

The price is bracketed based on max number of attendees. The style of class can be chosen from our class lists - or we can design a class that specifically suits your particular group.\n

For Example, we have designed classes for desk workers, or created a breathing exercise and meditation event for relaxation, or lighter first timer type classes for company day out.\n
\n
We have the necessary equipment at the school, changing spaces and showers. There is space for relaxing after class too. Write us an email about your requirements at info@yogahel.com so we can talk more.\n

We have led classes for football teams, golfing mates, birthday parties and family gathering starters - actually probably any reason possible.\n

The pricing for private groups is also bracketed acconding to number of attendees. The group can be anything for 3 people up.\n

Sometimes the ordinary classes do not seem to answer all the question you have. There is more to know about asana technique, or the practise feels stangnant or going to a funny direction. Maybe you have an injury and are not sure what to do or not to do with it for a safe practise.\n
